Redrow, one of the UK's largest house builders, has reported a fall in new home completions to 2,113 during the past 12 months compared to 3,925 in the same period last year. They have also reported a 12.3% fall in the average sale price.

Contrary to this, the house builder has joined several other builders who agree that volumes and prices have stabilised in the last 6 months.
